  • 5Website and Mobile Application Development

  • 8Ongoing maintenance and support services
Section 3

Payment Terms

  • 1All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • 2A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
  • 3Remaining balance must be paid before final project delivery
  • 4All prices are in AED/USD unless otherwise specified
  • 5Late payments may incur additional charges as per agreement
  • 6Refunds are subject to our refund policy and project stage
  • 7Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency

Revisions & Modifications

  • 1Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as per the agreement
  • 2Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately
  • 3Major scope changes require a new quotation and timeline adjustment
  • 4Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
  • 5We reserve the right to charge for changes requested after project approval
  • 6Client feedback should be consolidated to minimize revision rounds
Section 5

Intellectual Property

  • 1Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the delivered work
  • 2We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
  • 3Third-party assets (images, fonts, plugins) may have separate licensing terms
  • 4Source code ownership transfers only upon complete payment and as per agreement
  • 5We retain ownership of proprietary tools and frameworks used in development
  • 6Clients must ensure they have rights to any content they provide

Client Responsibilities

  • 1Provide accurate and complete project requirements and specifications
  • 2Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • 3Respond to communications and approval requests within reasonable timeframes
  • 4Ensure provided content does not violate any third-party rights
  • 5Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and sensitive information
  • 6Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend project timelines

Project Timeline

  • 1Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
  • 2Timelines commence after receipt of advance payment and required materials
  • 3Client delays in providing feedback may extend the delivery schedule
  • 4Force majeure events may impact delivery without liability on our part
  • 5Rush projects may incur additional charges with expedited timelines
  • 6Regular progress updates will be provided as per agreed milestones

Limitation of Liability

  • 1We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • 2Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service
  • 3We do not guarantee specific business results from our services
  • 4Cryptocurrency and blockchain projects involve inherent market risks
  • 5We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or failures
  • 6Security of live systems depends on proper client maintenance and practices
Section 9

Governing Law

  • 1These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
  • 2Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE
  • 3The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English
  • 4Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action
  • 5Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules shall apply
  • 6The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees

Agreement Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
